About the CSGRC
The College Student Grievance Redressal Committee (CSGRC) was formed with the goal of resolving the general and academic complaints of the students. The complaints from all stakeholders are received in the Complaint Box in the academic cum administrative building of the college, or through a written application to any member of the CSGRC or through email at: kjrggdcmejia@gmail.com. The cell meets as needed and takes appropriate measures/solutions to the grievances lodged to it.
All students of our college have access to the College Student Grievance Redressal Committee (CSGRC) to voice their concerns about academic matters, financial matters, health services, the library, and other central services. An effective complaint management mechanism improves stakeholders’ relationship and satisfaction.
Policies
- The vision and mission of the institution are inextricably linked to strong principles and ethics.
- The management and the college guarantee a strong redressal mechanism for student grievances.
- The code of conduct of the college applies to all students.
- Our institution has a zero tolerance policy for any form of ragging or sexual harassment.
- Our institution strictly adheres to all norms against sexual harassment, ragging, and other offences as issued from time to time by the state and federal governments.
- Any offence discovered through CCTV surveillance is punishable.
- Any student found in an incriminating situation in the college premises will be reprimanded and counselled.
Objectives
- To develop a responsive and accountable attitude among all the stakeholders in order to maintain a harmonious educational atmosphere in the institute.
- To uphold the dignity of the College by ensuring a strife-free atmosphere in the College through promoting cordial relationships with stakeholders.
- To encourage the stakeholders to express their grievances/problems freely and frankly, without any fear of being victimized.
The College Student Grievance Redressal Committee (CSGRC) with the following composition was constituted for a tenure of two years. College Student Grievance Redressal Committee (CSGRC) functions in consonance with the ICC and the Anti-Ragging Cell of Kabi Jagadram Roy Government General Degree College, Mejia. In case of any complaint from any stakeholder, they are to report to any member of the Grievance Redressal Cell.
