Career guidance is a systematic process that helps an individual understands one’s
self, as well as the world of work, to choose the right career. It is the process of helping students to analyze their strengths, interests, abilities and skills. The right career choice is often an intersection of a student’s interests and abilities, and industry trends. Kabi Jagadram Roy Government General Degree College encourage career guidance and counseling to students on all aspects of career planning and higher studies. Faculty members also provide individual counseling to departmental students towards reaching their goals.
